Shipping Availability
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. except for states that do not legally allow CBD-based products to be sold, which currently include: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota
Shipping restrictions are subject to change based on evolving regulations.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Carriers
We use the most affordable rate carrier through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sugar Bee Edibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy
​At Sugar Bee Edibles, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. While all sales are final, we understand that issues may arise. We take pride in our products and want you to enjoy them. If anything arrives in subpar condition we are committed to finding a resolution when appropriate.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must request a Claim Submission Form within 5 days of receiving your package. To initiate a claim:

Complete a claim submission form on our website with order details and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with our response and resolution steps. If the issue is with a specialty item, we will send a replacement. If it’s an easily sourced ingredient, we will refund the cost of procuring a replacement.

If the claim is approved we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us at info@sugarbeeedibles.com within 5 days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange for a correction if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used products

Perishable items

Products returned without prior authorization
Return Process
All sales are final and we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
Subscription Cancellations
If you need to cancel a subscription order, you must do so at least two weeks before the scheduled subscription delivery date to avoid being charged. Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
